Sorry everyone. I have been away for far too long. I've missed all of you and playing dod on a regular basis. A bunch of things just hit me, all at once, and I have been a bit overwhelmed to say the least. Just one of them is my dad coming down with cancer and having to go to chemo treatments. I know that's not a good excuse for not remaining in contact. I have not even been on the internet at all in the last month or so. I really don't have any excuses, but I just had so much going on that I had to put the server on the back seat for a bit. Not to worry about it going down though. I'll keep it going as long as people are willing to play here, and I'll make some additions to it as well. It's refreshing that you were all concerned, and I thank you all for that. It's having friends like you that make the server worthwhile. I'll be back in the game soon, probably next week in full force, and I'll be going to day shift as well soon after. Hope to get you all in my crosshairs soon!

Hey Dave!
It's a relief to know your still among us! Beek and I resorted to checking the Erie PA obituaries for Dave B's. (silly but serious)
Sorry to hear about your father. Do all you can to keep his spirits up as I truly believe it to be crucial in that fight. My thoughts will be with you and your family as I've gone through it twice.
It's awesome to hear you'll be on days and hopefully you get some time with us in the evenings!
Take care, glad your ok...
Jump
Now we have to figure out the status of Fiz/Static who has not been on in nearly two weeks!

Glad to hear you're fine. You had us all worried. Sorry to hear about your dad. I've been there with both of my parents and my step father in law. Jump is right. Keep his spirits up. It is crucial in the fight. Radiation and chemo cured my step father in law. When he passed away he was almost 90 and it was not from cancer so tell your dad to hang in there. He has decades to look forward to. You and your dad take care, Later

Glad to see you back Dave, Like everyone else has said, keep the spirits up and hopes high. As taxing a process it is one's mentality can ultimately be the difference maker.
Oh, and you might want to start watching the Ohio obits. (I have a shovel and I'm grinning in the dark corner awaiting your return Jump!)

Glad your back Dave, we have missed you. Sorry to hear about your Dad, I have walked that path with my family and I know how rough it can be not only for the ones who are trying to be supprtive but also as the one being supported. As said from others, keep the spirits of your Dad and everyone around him up and pleasant. It really helps!
