Looking for something under $500. If you have any recommendations, let me know. I know laser color printers don't print images as well as ink jets, but that is ok.

I looked on Consumer Reports, you'd need to log on with a password to read anything though!
I'd look at ink prices first and foremost! (except after quality of coarse)

Yeah, ink prices is what led me to think about going to get a laser printer. A toner cartridge for a laser is more expensive, but would last a hell of a lot longer. I decided to hold off purchasing a printer for now though. I'll see what's on sale when Christmas season approaches.
